Child Policy

CURIOCITY welcomes guests of all ages and is committed to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for families. The following child policy applies to all accommodation and experiences offered under the CURIOCITY brand:

Accommodation

  • Children under 3 years of age stay free of charge when sharing bed with a parent or legal guardian. For private rooms we charge a per room rate
  • For private rooms we charge a per room rate with an additional supplement per extra person in the family rooms.
  • Children under 16 years of age are not permitted in shared dormitory rooms. A private room must be reserved.
  • Baby cots may be provided at select properties, subject to availability and prior request.

Tours & Experiences

  • CURIOCITY offers a selection of family-friendly tours and experiences. Suitability for children will be indicated in the tour description or can be confirmed directly with our reservations team.
  • Certain activities, including but not limited to cycling, kayaking, and extended walking tours, may carry minimum age restrictions, typically set at 12 years and above.
  • All children under 18 years of age must always be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian during participation in tours and experiences.
  • Where child rates apply, they will be specified in the individual tour or experience details.

General Provisions

  • Parents and legal guardians assume full responsibility for the supervision, conduct, and safety of their children throughout their stay or participation in any CURIOCITY experience.
  • CURIOCITY reserves the right to decline accommodation or participation in any activity where the child’s age, size, or ability may compromise their safety or the safety of others.
